Shipping Policy

The orders items will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

After the package is shipped , you will receive a tracker to track your parcel with, the package should arrive in :

 

There is WORLDWIDE shipping. 

Belgium: 1-2 business day, 5€ or Free Shipping above 65€ 

Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France: 1-3 business days , 8€ or Free Shipping above 85€.

Austria, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, United Kingdom:  3-7 business days, 12€ or Free Shipping above 140€

Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Hungary: 3-6 business days, 15€, Free shipping above 160€

Switzerland: 3-7 business days, 19€, Free shipping above 200€

United States, Canada, Turkey:  1-2 weeks, 15€, Free shipping above 160€. 

Finland, Portugal, Greece, Czech Replubic: 3-7 business days, 18€

Saudi Arabia, Jordan,United Arab Emirates: 1-2 weeks, 20€.

 

If your country is not on this list, shipping is priced at 25 euros and shipping time is maximum 2 weeks. 

Be aware that custom taxes may apply for countries outside of the EU and that the customer is responsible for those fees and delays are possible. 

All items are shipped with Bpost and we are not responsible for delays due to outside circumstances or custom delays. Once the shipping company acknowledges delivery of package, we are no longer responsible for the package. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Most of our articles on the website can not be returned as they are custom-made, personalised or contain perishables like flowers or chocolate. Check the description box to make sure. If an article is returnable, this is always at buyer's cost, and we should be notified within three days of package arrival. We will then send you a return label and the shipping amount will be deducted from the total amount. 

    Always check the description under the product box to see the Return Policy of each article and if you are unsure, contact us!   

All sales on our website are final. We do not accept cancellations once the payment has been processed. If you notice a mistake in your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can try and fix it for you. 

Please ensure the address you provide us is correct. Packages that come back to us due to a wrong address will need an extra payment to be shipped back to you. The amount depends on location. If you do not agree to this surcharge, we will not be refunding or sending the package again. If you notice the address is wrong after purchase, contact us immediately, we might still be able to change it.
